Always remember that investing energy and time into maintaining and developing sustainable business process and system that keep your day to day activities organized.

You need to make a comprehensive list of your operational and administrative procedure; then make an outline what is required to carry out each procedure. You need to include information and task on topics such as marketing strategy client intake, time keeping, networking, suppliers and vendor.
Maintain and create a database to track your system access affiliate, membership, passwords and program. Make it sure that you include the name of the organization or system, cost, expiration date and password. Make also sure that you have a password to protect this file.
The documents and templates of your business are essential for managing your business; therefore you need to set up a back up regularly. Having a disc with everything on it is an easy solution. You can also want to have automatic cloud storage or backup software. But always remember regardless of solution work best for you, losing your important data means losing billable time for clients as you recreate those critical documents.
And lastly, always re-visit an update your process and system regularly. Quarterly reviews are recommended but once your business runs smoothly, yearly review is sufficient. Set a reminder on your calendar if needed. Creating system with any luck from the beginning that can sustain growth and only need tweaking as your business grows.
